This beautiful green drink will remind you of the Cantina even when you’re not at Disney! This recipe does take a couple hours to make since you make the Dagobah syrup from scratch, but it is worth the wait!

Zest from half a grapefruit
2 3-inch long sprigs of fresh rosemary

Remove from the heat and stir in the grapefruit zest and rosemary.
Cover and steep for 1-2 hours.
Strain into a container with a lid for future storage.
Make the Cocktail
Fill a glass with ice.

Add two dashes of bitters and stir together.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
Make sure you have enough time up-front before attempting this recipe! It takes at least an hour to make the syrup due to the steeping time. But once you make time, it is totally worth it! This cocktail turned out amazing. It has a fruity tropical flavor and kind of tastes like an alcoholic sour patch kid. The syrup will make enough for 12-16 servings so you can save it if you have extra. It will be good in the fridge for about a month in a sealed container.
