Drink Recipe: Disney Springs Apple Cider Cocktail

Save the trip to Disney Springs and make the new fall-themed cocktail at home.

Apple, spice, and everything nice. Disney Springs pop-up, outdoor bars added a new beverage to their fall line-up this year and we had to make a rendition. This drink is perfect for a Halloweentown movie marathon, a costume party, or any other fall gathering!

Apple Cider Cocktail

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

  • 1.5 ounces Stoli Vanil Vodka

  • 4 ounces cranberry juice

  • Apple cider

  • Grenadine

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add half a cup of ice to your glass.

  2. Pour in Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, Stoli Vanil Vodka, and cranberry juice.

  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with apple cider and stir.

  4. Pour grenadine over top and enjoy!

Takeaway:

If you’re a fan of Fireball, then this drink was made for you. The apple cider and sweetness of the vanilla vodka compliment the spice of the whiskey to create the perfect fall cocktail. Personally, I substituted the Stoli Vanil Vodka with Captain Morgan Vanilla Rum because I had that on hand. I also think adding a cinnamon sugar rim would take the drink to the next level. This drink is easy to make and would be easy to make in bulk for serving more people.

Bonus Recipe: If you’re able to make an apple cider slushie, whether you own a slushie machine, have access to buying a premade apple cider slushie, or blend apple cider and ice together; try adding Crown Royal Whiskey for a frozen fall cocktail.
