Straight from Epcot’s 2025 Flower & Garden Festival
EPCOT always brings out the best food and drinks. We’re talking about you, Violet Sake.
And the Hanami Stand in the Japan Pavilion for the Flower and Garden Festival is no exception with this year’s Shogun Sangria. No doubt due to the acclaimed Hulu series that took home 18 Emmy Awards.
So whether you’re binging the show, reading the novel by James Clavell, or living vicariously through the influencers attending this year’s festival, you’ll be set with this do-it-yourself recipe.

Shogun Sangria
Yields 1 serving
Cocktail Ingredients:
2 ounces of sake (We recommend Black & Gold)
2 ounces white cranberry juice
1 ounce of Fresca
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the sake and white cranberry juice
Shake it up
Pour into a glass of your choice
Top with Fresca
Enjoy!
Review:
There is more than meets the eye with this drink. It may look like a strange watery color, but this is the perfectly blended drink for spring and summer. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. Refreshing, but you can still taste the alcohol that makes it feel like an upscale treat.
And with three ingredients, it’s a budget-friendly drink recipe as well.
We’ll be sipping this one out on the patio listening to EPCOT tunes if you need us.
