I had very high hopes for this recipe as pineapple Dole Whip is my absolute favorite Disney snack. And let me tell you, this recipe is delicious and did NOT disappoint. I did make a few changes. Surprisingly, lime sorbet was impossible to find so I used lemon sorbet. While I was looking for the lime sorbet, I stumbled upon pineapple sherbet and it looked too good not to buy. So I threw a few scoops of that in there as well, *chefs kiss. This is a recipe I’ll be sure to hold on to for the hot summer days when I’m missing Disney World.
